Orders placed before the daily cut-off are processed for same-day dispatch on working days. Within the UK, tracked courier services typically deliver in one to two working days. You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order leaves our facility, so your team can plan to receive and log the shipment promptly.

Packaging and cold-chain

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable for short periods at ambient temperature, which makes domestic UK transit straightforward. We nevertheless pack vials in protective, insulated packaging to limit temperature swings and physical shock in transit.
